My hometown on the Central Coast of New South Wales in Australia
is a haven for birdlife.
I grew up with the sound of "laughing" kookaburras, and today, my
favourite bird of any kind is the Australian pelican. They are so magnificent when they fly.
It was only recently during a visit back home that I captured my
feathered friends on film for the first time.
