Victoria Peak is a special place in Hong Kong.  Rising high above the madding crowds, yet less than ten minutes by taxi from the Central business district, it is a welcome relief from the bustle and noise of the metropolis below.

The breathtaking views give one a rare sense of space.  One can feel the tension leave one's body while standing and staring at these views.  Although I'm a country boy at heart, Hong Kong has taught me to appreciate some of the good things that a great city can offer.

A clear view is not guaranteed, but even the hazy view has a magic of its own.
