I first saw Bruce’s Chalk Art at the Ettalong pub on Craig’s Bistro boards and I was instantly impressed. I was in a new role at the time and wanted something different for our bistro to give it an edge on our competitors. Luckily Bruce’s number was at the bottom of the board and I engaged his services immediately.  I found his prices lower than I imagined and his creativity and ideas were second to none. In the following weeks I got him to update his pictures and jokes to combine with our weekly specials. This was super effective as our revenue from this area actually doubled in 3 months and it ended up that the specials board made up 87% of sales, Effectively making the menu obsolete.

I have since moved up and on to another business and have followed the same principle again with Bruce’s Art on a weekly basis in the bistro. I have also used him for Murals and Silhouettes for our auditorium which look great.
